Identity check at pickup: every withdrawal needs full KYC, meaning a government photo ID, a selfie with it and a recent bank statement or utility bill, and the name on the account must match the payment method.
- Payment has to be made with an instrument in your own name.
- Cards: at most 10 transactions a day and 40 a month, with limits of €10,000 a day and €15,000 a month per card.
