Lucky Boom is operated by MAIREKE LIMITADA (Costa Rica) under an Anjouan Offshore Financial Authority licence, and the store terms follow Anjouan law. It is an offshore licence, not a national one, so confirm that online gambling is lawful where you live before you play.

Our commitment

Each Lucky Boom page shows an 18+ badge and a link to begambleaware.org. Only play with money you can afford to lose, and never chase your losses.

Tools available to you

• Self-exclusion: requested by email from your registered address, in effect within 24 hours, with a lock of at least 6 months.
• Cooling-off: a 7-day break available on request.
• Session awareness: track your play time and transaction history, and take regular breaks.
• Parental control: guidance on keeping devices and login details out of reach of minors.

Know the signs

Consider a break, or ask for help, if you:

• spend more time or money than you intended;
• borrow money or skip obligations in order to gamble;
• feel restless or irritable when you try to stop;
• conceal your gambling from those close to you.

Keeping control

• Decide on a budget and a time limit before you begin.
• See gambling as a paid pastime, not as earnings.
• Do not gamble when you are upset, tired or under the influence.
• Pause regularly and look over your transaction history.
