Terms of sale

What applies to accounts, payments, bonuses and verification, in plain words.

1. Eligibility

You need to be 18, or of the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction if higher, to register and play. Checking that online gambling is lawful where you live is up to you.

2. Operator and licence

The Lucky Boom shop is run by MAIREKE LIMITADA, registered in Costa Rica and licensed by the Anjouan Offshore Financial Authority. The terms of sale are governed by the law of the State of Anjouan, Union of the Comoros.

3. Your account

Each customer may hold one account. Provide correct details, and the name on the account must be the name on your payment method. Keep your login details safe.

• Duplicate accounts under the same name, device or payment method can be closed without warning.
• Formal requests, self-exclusion and account closure included, have to come from your registered email address.

4. Deposits

Payments must come from an instrument in your own name. The minimum deposit is €20 (€40 for the fifth welcome-bonus deposit).

• Cards: at most 10 transactions a day and 40 a month, with limits of €10,000 a day and €15,000 a month per card.
• Fiat and crypto wallets are kept apart and cannot be merged.

5. Withdrawals and verification

Full KYC is required before every withdrawal: a government-issued photo ID, a selfie holding the document, and a bank statement or utility bill from the last three months, with names that match. Under AML rules, deposited funds must be wagered at least three times before they can leave the shop.

• Minimum withdrawal €40; orders are reviewed within 2 business days.
• Limits on non-jackpot winnings: €20,000 per week and €50,000 per month. Jackpot wins carry no cap.
• A withdrawal exceeding its method's per-transaction limit may be delivered in instalments.
• A pending withdrawal can be withdrawn from the queue before it completes, and the money returns to your playing balance.

6. Bonuses

Every bonus has to be ticked in your profile before the qualifying deposit, as it cannot be added afterwards. Only one bonus can be active at a time.

• The welcome bundle is wagered at ×40; the first live bonus at ×15.
• Maximum bet while wagering: €5 per spin or round, €1 on the first deposit bonus.
• Slots contribute 100%, live casino 10%, table games and video poker 0%.
• Bonus winnings across all bonuses are limited to €10,000, and the cash-out after wagering to 10× the starting bonus.
• Asking for a withdrawal while a bonus is active cancels that bonus and the related bonus balance.

7. Dormant accounts

An account with no activity for six months in a row is charged €10 a month while a positive balance remains.

9. Changes to these terms

Terms, bonus conditions and limits can change, so read the current terms before you accept an offer. If a translation differs from the English version, the English version applies.
